The game features a turn-based combat system that requires strategic thinking, careful judgment, and psychological warfare.

The core of the game lies in its unique battle mechanism inspired by the rules of Russian roulette.
Players and guards are assigned a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 8 'Fates' each time a battle begins.
This fate has 'attack' and 'defense', and each turn the player and guard must exchange actions appropriate to the fate, but it is unknown what fate has been decided.

If you choose to attack when the fate of the attack is decided, you can inflict damage to your opponent. Conversely, if you defend, you will actually suffer damage from your opponent.

If you choose to defend when your defense's fate is decided, you get another chance to act. However, if you attack, you must the turn without inflicting damage to your opponent.
